Senior Account Manager
Elexa Meza, recently promoted to Associate Vice-President, has over 19 years’ experience in financial accounting and management. She specializes in the implementation of new software systems and streamlining process for increased time efficiency and financial accuracy.
She loves working with people and the opportunity to train and coach on business and financial topics. Lex works with service providers, online marketing, insurance and technology clients. She leads product and services development for the firm. Elexa is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
Cesar Serrano
Staff Accountant
Cesar Serrano, is in his sixth year with ZCFO has recently been promoted to Associate Vice-President. He holds a bachelor's degree from Humboldt State University with a major in accounting. He is presently preparing to take the CPA exam.
Well-liked and respected by his Clients and staff, he will gladly talk basketball at any opportunity. Back to business...he's also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has direct responsibility for clients in medical, legal and communication business categories.
Richard Zamora

Richard Zamora, , CPA has over thirty years industry experience as a COO, CFO and Controller. Zamora's extensive business experience makes him the ideal choice for "people-driven" businesses. He is also a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and supports client needs in the positions of conservator, trustee and executor for their trusts and estates.
He has led ZCFO since 2002 guiding clients in identifying opportunities in their business and developing sound financial processes and reporting tools. He realizes that while many Clients start businesses because of a passion that they soon realize the need for expert operational and financial guidance.
Rick serves on the financial committee and is a former board member of St. Madeleine Sophie's Center, a San Diego County non-profit organization benefiting developmentally disabled adults.
